Using paint to explore the Landscape of Your Soul

The beauty of embodying creativity is that you bypass your mind, and expression comes directly from your Heart: your Heart is the portal to your Soul.

When you connect to your Body, then your Heart, you get to discover the truth of who you are—sometimes that’s beautiful, and sometimes it’s distressing, and sometimes you learn about the patterns holding you back from living as your Brightest-Best Self. The alchemical process of allowing the good- the bad- the ugly is the gold that helps your SHINE!

In this exploration, I ask my Soul-self to show me a vibrational image of my Soulscape and allow my Soul to guide me with color, shape, and form.

The vibration of the painting helps us change patterns and will enable us to live fully. In short: when you connect to your Body and ask to experience the vibration of your Soul, extraordinary things can happen— not only inside your life not only inside your Body but in your life.
