Intention- Finding Happy

 

Setting an intention helps you focus your Heart, Body and Mind towards a particular desire-dream.

This week I invite you to find one thing you can do each day that brings you Happiness.

Happiness has so many expectations: most of us have been raised to think that being happy is about being "Wildly Happy." It's important to remind yourself that Happiness can be quiet or inward moments too.

Living a life that is deeply happy for You— is unique for you. It takes courage to be your own special happy, regardless of the nay-sayers both in your head and those all around you.
