Getting out of your head and back into your body can certainly give you a different perspective— a wider vision —a more expanded viewpoint.

Setting a weekly intention will help you stay focus on living a heart-centered life. This week I invite you to go outside; get some long vision. Notice how you feel in your body and what your heart is sharing with you.
