Water is often associate to our emotions. This week I invite your to ask yourself "What are you allowing to flow or not?"

Setting a weekly intention will help you stay focus on living a heart-centered life. This week I invite you to honor all the feelings and sensations present in your body.

Being present with your feeling is the first step to following your Heart (not your Head).
