Grumpy to Understanding :: a soulscape exercise

 

One of the most powerful actions you could do for yourself is when you feel in a funk, or something just doesn’t feel right, go ahead and pick up a pen, pencil a sharpie some paint feel into that part of your body that is in discomfort and let it express itself.

Using embodied creativity is a profound way to find out really what’s going on— to gain more clarity and some insight.

You may not have all the answers at the end, but you start to uncover was holding you back.
