Fix it.

The only way through is in. Sometimes we think that painting or putting pen to paper is all about at the end is about feeling better. But it is not. Expressing how you feel with creativity is about understanding an aspect of yourself.

Fix it. We have this unbelievable desire in this culture to fix whatever is “wrong,” and so when we touch into a feeling of sadness, or loneliness, or something we can’t label, we want to make an action to fix it, to make it better or at least to go away.

The most important you need to do when faced with the impulse to push away what you are feeling is to feel into, be curious, befriend what this thing is — that you wanna fix.

The way through is to go in. To witness what you are feeling and not fix it- That is the HEALING JOURNEY.
