When you are in a bad mood- you can blame on the stars, the movement of the planets or the state of the world and sometimes you just wake up and feel like shit.
The most loving and kindest way to deal with where you are, is to allow all those thoughts, feelings, those hidden truths or lies to come up to move to the surface. Using the gifts of embodied creativity: write from your heart, then paint from your heart. Allow your Being to express what needs to express— without judging it or trying to fix it.
The deepest gift you can offer yourself is to be present with where you are— right now and honor where ever you.
