Don't worry about making a drawing that represents how you feel. Let the Feeling, the "icky" inside you, get expressed onto paper with a pen-pencil or paint.
And as you do, ever so often come back to your body, notice how you feel and draw some more.
This type of creative timeout helps you get unblocked and allows your energy to move, just like removing a dam in a stream.
The more you allow your expression of your feelings, the more clarity will flow in your life.
