Uncovering a truth? :: Soulscape journaling
I started by writing the question - What does my heart want to share?
Letting the words flow- Feeling in to my body- writing down what I feel- what I notice. What’s getting tight? What’s getting my attention?
The fear comes out, but what’s underneath the fear? What’s underneath the stomach tightness? and I don’t judge it. I don’t worry if I am making a pretty paining I just keep expressing my feels with paint on paper. Letting the words and colors and shapes flow. And in the process I am honoring all of me not just the parts I think are okay.
